We provide a detailed size guide on every product page that includes measurements for chest, waist, and sleeve length. Since mountain gear is often layered, we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear heavy mid-layers underneath your shell.
What is your return policy for worn equipment?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition with tags attached. For safety reasons, technical climbing hardware and used footwear cannot be returned once they have been used outdoors.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which can reduce delivery time to 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your waterproof jackets covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our technical apparel comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
