At Mountain Equipment Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your needs, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
